The username "DarkTetsuya" actually came about from similar circumstances to DarkSakura's name; from selecting off of a list of names in a Japanese language class, later adding the 'dark' prefix, and the name has stuck since.

DarkTetsuya had been with Orange Lounge Radio since the beginning, as he had an existing friendship with both skie and DarkSakura prior to working on Orange Lounge Radio.
But his dedication to the station really started to pay off in 2007, after expressing interest in fellow listener Misty which would lead to plans to hook up.
